The Still, Small Voice Within

Exploring the Relationship Between Meditation and Intuition
With Jonathan Foust, MA, CSA

- Wednesday, January 18, 7:30pm

Meditation with Jonathan Foust at Smith CenterIntuition is your inner knowing. While you cannot make intuition happen, training in meditation can help cultivate an optimal environment for your intuition to flow. As you become more familiar with your mind and how it works, the more you can recognize what gets in the way of intuition and deepen your sense of what is true.

Join us as we explore how deepening your present-moment awareness can dramatically sharpen your capacity listen inward. The evening includes a talk by Jonathan as well as number of guided meditation practices designed help you slow down and come into deeper contact with what is present in your life.

This program is open to everyone regardless of experience. While there is no set fee for this evening, your $10-$15 donation supports the Smith Center and the teacher and ensures that those interested in these teachings and practices will not be turned away.
