Guided Imagery for Relaxation

We apologize for the inconvenience, but this program has been postponed. We look forward to offering it again in the future.

Based on the knowledge that our bodies and minds are connected, guided imagery directs our imagination to help us into a relaxed and focused state. This relaxed state may aid healing, learning, creativity, and performance. It may help us feel more in control of our emotions and thought processes, affecting our attitudes, health, and sense of well-being.

Join us as Marion leads us in simple breathing exercises and guided imagery meditation. Both of these techniques encourage healing of body, mind, and spirit and provide an easy way to take better care of ourselves.
