Come play with images using a technique called SoulCollage- a transformative process of creating personal cards for tapping into your inner wisdom.

In a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, spend time choosing and assembling collages, composing reflective writing exercises, and sharing your work and discovering. No artistic talent or experience is needed. Please bring a bag lunch. All materials are provided.

 


Barbara BlackBarbara Black
, nationally certified massage therapist and cancer guide, has served on Smith Center's Cancer Help Program staff since 1998. She is on the faculty of The Center for Mind-Body Medicine Professional Training Program and integrates mind-body skills into her work with individuals and groups. A cancer survivor herself, Barbara uses journaling, movement (Nia), and SoulCollage® with her clients for exploring self-awareness and healing
