A talk by Swami Anubhavananda
- Monday, July 30, 6:30-8pm
Swami Anubhavananda is a diciple of H.H. Swami Chinmayananda. He was Acharya at Sandeepany Sadhanalaya Powai, India, a Post Graduate Academy for Vedantic Studies. He and Swami Dayananda Saraswati of Arsha Vidya at Saylorsburg PA have helped to graduate many priests and learned men and women to spread the eternal knowledge of Vedas.
Known as the “Be Happy” Swami, Swami Anubhavananda is a karma yogi of the current information revolution. Suave, witty, and a Master of Vedanta, he is a multi-faceted personality and it is said that his name echoes his personality; he is the Experience of Happiness. Both as a simple being and an erudite scholar, he communicates the most difficult of the philosophy in a simple and witty manner touching the hearts of people around him. After hearing one of his lectures in Boston University, a student remarked, “I never knew spirituality is such fun and interesting; I thought it was serious business.”
