With Eve Soldinger, MMQ, M.Ac., Lic.Ac., Dipl.Ac. (NCCAOM)
- Monthly on Tuesdays - February 18, 6-7:15pm
Please note that this program has been canceled. If you have any questions, please email email@example.com. We hope to see you at next month's session!
Using Taoist meditation and visualization, learn to release negative sensations often associated with a cancer diagnosis, including fear, pain and despair from our body, mind and spirit. Following a short meditation, experience simple, flowing Medical Qigong exercises which use movement, breath, and intention to further help the movement of Qi (energy) through the entire energy body. The benefits include increased vitality, an enhanced immune system, and a greater sense of well-being.
The sessions are based on both Vipassana and Taoist meditation practices.
Our programs are tailored to the needs of people affected by cancer, but we welcome anyone who would like to attend.
