Qigong for healing from cancerUsing Taoist meditation and visualization, learn to release negative sensations often associated with a cancer diagnosis, including fear, pain and despair, from our body, mind and spirit. The evening features a guided meditation and simple, flowing Qigong exercises, which use movement, breath and intention to further help the movement of Qi (energy) through the entire energy body. The benefits include increased vitality, an enhanced immune system, and a greater sense of well-being.

The sessions are based on both Vipassana and Taoist meditation practices.

Our programs are open to the community, and tailored to meet the needs of people affected by cancer. Classes and workshops are free or low cost on a pay-as-you-can basis, ensuring that our programs are accessible to everyone.

To register, please select the suggested cost option below, or call Kiersten Gallagher or Ali Decker at 202.483.8600 to pay a different amount of your choosing.
