Meditation as a Path to Health

Meditation as a Path to Health - Meditation for CancerJoin us in this meditation class as we visualize the release of negative sensations – such as fear, pain and despair – in our body, mind, and spirit. Through meditation and visualization we can support and create the natural flow of life giving energy (Qi) through our body.

Meditation allows us to experience an immense, spacious, still, quiet place within. By concentrating on the breath and quieting the mind, we become more self-aware and foster a healthy emotional state of being.

The sessions are based on both Vipassana and Taoist meditation practices.
