With Sara Salam, Founder of Luminous Warrior
- Thursday, April 26, 6:30-8:30pm
Join Sara Salam in an evening of transforming your fears into sources of personal power and strength. First we will tap into the physical body by using body awareness and movement to gain insights about fear, and learn ways to effectively move excessive fear out of the body in healthful ways. Then, we will focus on energetic approaches to communicate with the messages and gifts fear has for us. We will learn an ancient tool to transform those fears into allies for our lives. Bring an open mind, comfortable loose fitting clothes, get ready to move, punch and yell, as well as sit in quiet reflecting time. This evening will be a transformational experience and change how you experience fear from here on out.
