Light Touch for Relaxation
With Marion Werner
- Monday, March 26, 6:30pm
In this class you will learn about Reiki, a practice originating in Japan that uses light touch to reduce stress, encourage relaxation and promote well-being. You will be taught a simple sequence of hand positions that you can use on yourself to quiet your body, mind and spirit. Reiki practice is gentle, non-invasive and easy to learn. As a daily self-care practice, Reiki helps you to relieve stress and stay balanced day after day.
