Many of us want to eat less meat, but can we ensure that we're getting enough protein? And can it be delicious? Answer to both: A resounding, "Yes!"
Join us to learn what makes a complete vegetarian protein (Hint: It's not just beans!) and how we can prepare them for a delicious meal. In this program we'll go beyond basic beans and rice combo, and attendees will learn to prepare and sample a complete meat-less meal. Shepherd Faught will introduce some tasty whole grains and cooking methods that you may not have tried before, but will want to add to your kichen repertoire.
