The Mindful Cancer Journey (March 2026)

This group will examine a different topic each week relevant to members’ lives. We will explore meditation and mindfulness practices that can be applied to life experiences in a supportive way. The program is held weekly on Mondays from 11:30am-12:30pm ET on Zoom.

Lung Cancer Support Group

This monthly support group is open to adults with lung cancer, survivors, and caregivers. It offers emotional support and educational talks.

Healing Circle for Parents with Cancer

A peer-led virtual support group for parents who are newly diagnosed, in active treatment or in survivorship experiencing challenges with their role as a parent during their cancer journey.

Leukemia and Lymphoma Support Group

A monthly support group is designed for adult patients/survivors diagnosed with Leukemia or Lymphoma. It will incorporate education lectures coupled with emotional support.

Outside the Lines

A facilitator will help you reclaim art-making as a healing tool through guided creative projects.

Grieving Together: A 6-Week Series

Healing Circles for Grief offer a safe, supportive space to share, listen, and explore loss, healing, and possibility through compassionate conversation, silence, and mutual respect.

Survivorship Support Group

This support group is for cancer survivors who have completed primary treatment or are on maintenance therapy, offering a safe space to openly process the emotional and physical aftermath of cancer and navigate the often overwhelming journey of returning to “normal” life alongside others who understand.

Prostate Cancer Support Group

This monthly support group is designed for adult patients/survivors diagnosed with Prostate cancer. The group will incorporate education lectures coupled with emotional support.

Room for Grief

If you’ve lost a loved one, a healing circle for those in grief is an opportunity to share what’s on your heart and mind, to listen, and be listened to deeply and generously.

Mind Over Matter

This 5-session program uses evidence-based strategies to help decrease feelings of anxiety and depression and increase a sense of well-being. Each week new tools using cognitive and behavioral approaches and mind/body strategies will be introduced and practiced.

This all-levels introductory Qigong class explores the human energy system through discussion, movement, meditation, and energetic transmission, teaching practices to clear, nourish, and regulate your subtle body for overall well-being. Qigong meets bi-monthly on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 7:00-8:00pm ET on Zoom.

Cancer Support Group (February 2026)

This bi-monthly cancer support group provides participants with the opportunity to explore their experience with cancer in a safe group setting with a trained social worker and to connect with others who are facing a similar challenge. This group is designed specifically for individuals that have been diagnosed with cancer.
