Our training consists of two main components:
Pre-Training
We offer one self-directed learning module that includes reading assignments and an audio recording prior to our on-site training.
On-Site Training
Participants gather at the retreat facility, Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, for 5 days of sessions in a relaxed, intimate atmosphere conducive to learning. Kripalu is located in the Berkshires in Stockbridge, MA, approximately one hour from Albany, NY, and 90 minutes from Hartford, CT. Surrounded by 300 beautiful acres, Kripalu sits on a hilltop, with exquisite views of surrounding woodlands, hills, valleys, and the serene Lake Mahkeenac. In addition to the training, you will have access to daily yoga and Kripalu YogaDance® and use of the facility during your stay—sauna, fitness room, lakefront beach, hiking trails, and more.
Each day of the training offers an exploration of various healing modalities through discussion and practice, time for questions, and individual assistance.
