SUMMARY:LGBTQIA+ Morning Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Come together as an LGBTQIA+ community for a weekly morning meditation sit.  \n\n\n\nWe will settle in for a few minutes\, then meditation (guided and silence) for 20 minutes and end with around the virtual circle with a few words of gratitude. \n\n\n\nNote: Because this is an online sit\, participants are encouraged to find space of relative quiet\, limiting the amount of interaction with others in the environment as much as possible. Participants may join by internet or via phone.  \n\n\n\nNo registration is required to join this program. SUMMARY:Painting For Life: An Exhibition of Healing Through Art
DESCRIPTION:About the Exhibition\n\n\n\nThe Joan Hisaoka Healing Arts Gallery at the Smith Center for Healing and the Arts presents Painting For Life\, a vibrant selection of intuitive paintings created by participants in Noelle Imparato’s long-running Painting For Life workshops and Do Your Own Red Book program. This exhibition will open on Thursday\, June 25th\, with an Opening Reception from 6–8 PM. \n\n\n\nRooted in creativity\, mindfulness\, and emotional healing\, these works reveal how art can become a path of transformation\, resilience\, and inner discovery. Made by participants of all backgrounds—no previous art experience required—each painting offers an authentic glimpse into the healing imagination. \n\n\n\nThis exhibition celebrates the power of image-making to restore connection\, to self\, to spirit\, and to one another. \n\n\n\nPlease contact the gallery manager at Sara@smithcenter.org to schedule your appointment \n\n\n\nFor press inquiries\, images\, and additional information\, please contact: Sara Khambalia\, Gallery Director\, Joan Hisaoka Healing Arts Gallery\, sara@smithcenter.org \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVenue\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOrganizer
