July 27 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
in partnership with the First Descents DC/Baltimore Tributary
Location: Black Hill Regional Park, Boyds, Maryland
The event will run until approximately 1:00pm (we plan to finish the hike around Noon and enjoy a picnic lunch for an hour).
Join other young adult cancer survivors for a morning of hiking in Black Hill Regional Park, in Boyds, Maryland. The hike is suitable for all levels and will end with a bring your own picnic lunch – so pack something delicious (we’ll have a cooler to store it). Plan to wear comfortable walking shoes, athletic pants, and non-cotton layers. Bring plenty of water and a hat and sunglasses for added sun protection. For those who want to hang out a little longer, we will share more fun times at a coffee shop or restaurant nearby. Information on where to meet will be shared after registration.
