Women have untold creative and healing powers: we are capable of creating and nurturing lives! In our daily lives, we naturally spend more time and energy caring for others, and so it becomes ever more important for us to nourish our own bodies and minds. When we are taking great care of ourselves, we are also supporting our body’s natural healing powers. When we have taken the best care of ourselves, only then can we can give our best to others.
This yoga workshop is especially designed to rejuvenate the body and lift its natural healing powers by creating inner harmony. Through movement and breath work, we will invite the mind to guide the breath, and the breath to fill the body, so that the body can relax, repair, and rejuvenate itself. You will leave this workshop feeling refreshed and renewed. All women welcome!
