About Manisha Tare
Manisha Tare serves as guide, mentor, 0and healing professional. She offers a variety of ways to work with her through a trauma-informed lens including craniosacral therapy, therapeutic yoga, and mind body coaching to help you heal your nervous system, process emotions through your body, heal distorted energetic patterns, and feel more grounded and resourced. Her clients often come with physical manifestations of stress, anxiety, or the desire to feel more connected to and trust their intuition.
