Spring Appeal

The Smith Center community responded beautifully to our year-end appeal, and we raised 50% of our goal ($100K). We’re facing a funding gap that we need to close by June 3oth to protect our programming.

The honest truth is that this has been a hard year for the Smith Center. We lost a long-standing major funding source after 17 years, just as our community’s need has grown–the number of people coming to us facing cancer is quadrupled. The programs and staffing at risk are the ones that matter the most to people going through cancer treatment right now.

Thirty years from now, someone will receive a devastating diagnosis. We intend to be there for them. That future begins with you.
