New Program Title: Mindful Musings. This class offers an inviting approach to mindfulness practice by blending meditation with the reflective power of journaling. Each session includes gentle breathwork and a guided meditation designed to help participants center their thoughts and relax their bodies. After the meditation, participants are given dedicated time for a guided journaling exercise. This practice encourages mindful processing of the insights, emotions, and experiences that arise during meditation. The combination of quiet introspection, expressive writing, and optional group discussion creates a meaningful opportunity to foster connection and build community. Open to all experience levels, the class provides a supportive, non-judgmental space for exploration. Participants will leave with practical tools for bringing mindfulness and self-reflection into their daily lives. This program meets weekly on Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00pm ET on Zoom.
