Meditation and Mindfulness (September 2025)

Developing mindfulness skills can help combat stress, anxiety, and uncertainty in everyday life. Join us for regular sessions to help you better understand and transform your mind. All experience levels are welcome to attend! Open to patients, survivors, caregivers, medical professionals and the community. This group welcomes all levels, including those who have not tried Mindfulness and Meditation before. The Mindfulness & Meditation Group meets twice a month on Wednesdays from 12:00-12:30pm EST.
