This workshop is a space for anyone living with a cancer diagnosis to explore the often unspoken experience of body grief — the emotional and personal journey that comes from living in a changing body. You can expect to begin with discussion, move towards a creative exercise in body mapping, share as you are comfortable, practice somatic grounding, and close with helpful take-aways for moving forward.

Together, we’ll create a space to reflect on your body story – what you have been through, how it has shaped you, and where you want to go. You’ll leave with tools to name your experience, develop a deeper sense of self-compassion, and remember that you’re not alone. Body grief is real – and healing begins when we give ourselves permission to feel it.

Please dress comfortably.
