Qigong (November 2025)

This all-levels introductory Qigong class explores the human energy system through discussion, movement, meditation, and energetic transmission, teaching practices to clear, nourish, and regulate your subtle body for overall well-being. It meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 7-8pm EST on Zoom.
