Are you in touch with your sensual self or have you lost, or maybe never had, that connection? This interactive session will explore sensuality as defined by each participant and uncover what factors change the definitions as we mature.

Using guided imagery that incorporates the various senses, basic drawing (no artistic skills are needed), writing prompts, and group discussion, we’ll get in touch with the body narratives that have influenced our life progression as well as explore how health; relationships with family, friends, partners, and physicians and; other factors play a role in how we disconnect with, or never even know, our sensual self.

Some tips for how to get in touch with the sensual being within will also be shared.

Please have paper or a journal, some colorful markers or crayons, and be ready to have a lively conversation!
