with Tina Scott Lassiter

Our bodies have stories to tell us, ones that we know and, more importantly, ones deep inside that we may not be aware of. Join us as we explore the conversations our bodies want to have with us using Yoga Nidra guided meditation and writing prompts to bring forth a dialog intended to help uncover your own personalized messaging for daily living. No writing or previous experience with meditation required.
Please Note: This workshop is being hosted in-person at the Smith Center for Healing and the Arts.
LOCATION: 1632 U Street NW, Washington DC 20009
Suggested Donation: $15

This program is offered for free or at a low cost on a pay-as-you-can basis. Contributions are not required to attend, ensuring accessibility for everyone. If you’re able to donate, we deeply appreciate your support—every contribution directly funds our cancer support programs.
