This three-part workshop series aspires to create a safe space for you to gain confidence in your ability to share your values with loved ones in meaningful ways.
Enjoy a greater sense of well-being and enhanced energy through yoga postures, techniques in progressive relaxation, breathing practices, and meditation.
This group is for cancer survivors who have completed their primary cancer treatment(s) and are now either post-treatment or on maintenance medication.
