With our stories as a springboard, we will independently explore transforming our stories into written work in a variety of genres.
Cancer survivors and caregivers: learn evidence-based mind-body strategies to help decrease feelings of anxiety and depression and increase a sense of well-being.
Trained volunteers provide knitting instruction and quality materials in an effort to foster wellness, comfort, and community.
An all levels introduction to the practice of Qigong including discussion, movement and an energetic transmission and meditation.
