With Liz Lescault and Kelly Fisher
In this two hour workshop, we will first practice some gentle restorative yoga with Kelly that will be focused around the chakras to help get your creative juices flowing. Chakras are subtle energy centers, sacred circles, within the body that help you access deeper levels of awareness. Then Liz will lead you through creating mandalas and circle-based art being mindful of sacred geometry.
All are welcome to explore yoga and art in a relaxed and non-critical way.
We will focus on the enjoyment and the process of both yoga practice and art making to help you feel at ease and to release stress and tension.
100% of the proceeds will go to Cancer Support Programs at Smith Center for Healing and the Arts. This event is hosted by Wildflower Yoga.
