Gallery Nook with a floor to ceiling window wall used for additional gallery space, programs, and as a reception area.
Rooftop Terrace, $150,000
Outdoor Rooftop Terrace used for events, programs, and gallery exhibitions features a beautiful labyrinth and seating areas.
Media Center, $50,000
Sound system for the art gallery; Retractable screen and digital projector in the art gallery; Video camera in the teaching kitchen; Flat screen tlevision in the multi-purpose program area; Speakers in the courtyard.
Outside Stairway, $20,000
Wrought Iron stairway from courtyard to roof terrace.
