EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, or Tapping) is a fast-acting, evidence based mind-body technique that can be used to decrease stress and anxiety, soothe physical or emotional pain, resolve trauma, lift mood, and help with recovery.
The staff of Smith Center for Healing and the Arts invite you to participate in a program they have designed called: An Invitation to Healing.
